| Delivery terms and conditions of payment |
A contract of sale is made not before we shipped the ordered goods. You will get a commercial invoice with each shipment.
The transport cost mentioned in our internet shop are only for customers in Germany. Delivery to foreign countries will be invoiced with the real transport and packing cost. If requested we can inform you about the cost by email before the shipment is ready.
If you are a new customer you can either pay by credit card or in advance by bank transfer.
Regular customers can also get the delivery against invoice to be paid immediately after receiving.
All goods will stay our property until we receive the complete payment. In case of a delayed payment we reserve the right to charge interest at the current banking interest rate.
All prices include the German V.A.T. of 19%. Shipments outside of Europe or to customers in Europe with V.A.T.-No. will be invoiced at net prices without V.A.T.
